Car Swerves, Troopers Stop Driver Who Allegedly Smells Like Pot

A Buffalo man is facing several traffic violations and a drug-related charge after troopers stopped him after his car was allegedly swerving on the road.

New York State Police say they pulled over 23-year old Casey J. Przybysz of Buffalo who was driving a green Chevy Lumina just before 2:00am on Tuesday, December 3, 2013.

They say they smelled marijuana when talking with Przybysz and subsequently found 1.99 grams of hashish oil in the car.

He is scheduled to appear in court on December 12, 2013 to answer the charges.
