Cat Stuck In Tree For Four Days in Utica [VIDEO]

During WIBX First News with Keeler in the Morning we were notified of a cat that has been stuck in a tree in Utica for four days.

Andrew is on the scene and we have help on the way.  The cat is said to have a faint "meow."  Andrew says the cat appears to be in distress.
