A lake effect snow watch is in effect from Tuesday, January 12, 2016 through Wednesday, January 13, 2016.

The advisory for heavy lake effect snow has been issued for Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties, with accumulations of betwen 8 and 12 inches of snow possible.
