Chadwicks Man Faces 16 Charges For Credit Card Theft

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) -A Chadwicks man is facing 16 charges after allegedly stealing a credit card to make several purchases.

According to New Hartford Police, Michael Mahl, 20, was arrested after using a stolen card at two locations, including Nice and Easy in New Hartford and Puff N Stuff in Utica.

Mahl is charged with several felony crimes, including one count of grand larceny, one count of falsifying business records and five counts of criminal possession of stolen property. He is also charged with five misdemeanor counts of petit larceny.

Mahl was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
