Chadwicks Woman Arrested for Violating Stay Away Order of Protection

A Chadwicks woman is facing felony charges after an incident at the Walmart on Commercial Drive in New Hartford.

According to police, 47-year-old Kathy Doolen of Chadwicks allegedly violated a Stay Away Order of Protection when she verbally confronted the protected person at the store.

Doolen was arraigned and remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
