Charges Filed In Last Week’s Madison County Accident

Madison County Sheriff's Deputies have issued charges to one of the drivers involved in last week's two vehicle accident in the Town of Eaton.

Deputies charged Cody Smith, 20, of Hamilton with one count of failure to stop at a stop sign an failure to yield right-of-way. Smith is scheduled to appear in the Town of Eaton court on September 18 to answer charges.
