Chenango County Man Charged With Rape

A Chenango County man is charged with several crimes after State Police say he allegedly had sexual contact with a child.

Martin Nowalk, 50, of Greene, was arrested following an investigation into inappropriate sexual contact with a girl under the age of 13.

Nowalk is charged with one count each of Rape, Criminal Sexual Act and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
