UPDATE: Jennifer Ramsaran’s Husband Charged With Murder Following Her Death

The husband of a woman who was found dead earlier this year in Chenango County is under arrest.

Deputies with the Chenango County Sheriff's Office arrested Ganesh Ramsaran earlier today, 38, in connection with the death of his wife, 36 year-old Jennifer Ramsaran.

Officials say Jennifer went missing on December 11th, while on a trip to Destiny USA. Her body was found on February 26th, on Center Road in the Town of Pharsalia.

Since his wife went missing, Ganesh Ramsaran had spoken several times with the media and was working at one point with a non-profit group to find his wife.

UPDATE 3:57 p.m. - Ganesh Remy Ramsaran was charged with one count of second-degree murder in connection with his wife's death. He is being held in Chenango County Jail in $150,000 bail.
