Parents and students of a Catholic High School in Cincinnati, Ohio are asking the Archdiocese there to reconsider their decision to fire high school principal Mike Moroski following a public comment he made supporting gay marriage.

Moroski's dismissal stems from his stated support on his website that "gay people SHOULD be allowed to marry."

Moroski made the statement on his website, michaelmoroski.com (which has been taken down) and when the archdiocese was made aware of the post, they ordered him to take it down and sign a statement recanting the position.  When he refused to do either, he was fired.

The archdiocese said he was fired because of a public view that is in direct contrast with the beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church.

Moroski will be a guest on the Keeler in the Morning Show on Monday morning.
