City Of Utica Declares Snow Emergency

"A snow emergency has been declared for this evening beginning at 10 p.m. and ending at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. ALL vehicles are to be off the street by 10:00 p.m. All on street parking permits are void for the duration of this emergency. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this declaration. Vehicles left on city streets are subject to immediate removal. Please obey the snow emergency requirements and assist our DPW with the difficult job of snow removal on our city streets."
