City Of Utica To Help Residents With Crow Issue

Residents of the Mount Carmel Apartments in East Utica are dealing with a crow problem.

A large number of crows have been roosting on their facility grounds.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says starting next week, the Utica DPW will be setting off pyrotechnics to disrupt the roosts.

The pyrotechnics will be set off at 6:00 a.m. and at dusk beginning on Tuesday, February 16th and will happen at both of those times for a week.
