City Officials Receive Award For Armadillo

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The City of Utica received an award for its use of 'The Armadillo' at a New York State Conference of Mayor meeting on Tuesday, held in Saratoga Springs.

Pictured are Utica Councilman Jim Zecca, Councilman Frank Vescera, Utica Police Chief Mark Williams and Mayor David Roefaro.

The program was awarded First Place in the Public Safety Category of the 24th annual Local Government Achievement Awards after being recognized by NYCOM and Empire State Report magazine.
