A Clark Mills man has been arrested for unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 24-year old Allan Salmon was found parked in the driveway of a home on Jenkins Road in Westmoreland.

Deputies say Salmon was passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle still running and still in drive.

During the incident, deputies allegedly found several items used in the production of methamphatamine inside the vehicle, along with a quantity of meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Salmon was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending.
