Clayville Man Charged With Multiple Offenses
Clayvile, NY (WIBX) - State Police have arrested a Clayville man on several charges following a month-long investigation.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center was initially contacted regarding a man allegedly providing alcohol to underage teens and subjecting some of the underage girls to sexual contact.
44-year old Shane Seeman was charged with criminal sexual act, unlawfully dealing with a child, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse for the incidents that happened in the Town of Paris.
Seeman was also charged with sexual abuse, endagering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child for an alleged incident that occured in the Town of Steuben.
