Clinton Couple Wins $2.5 Million on Scratch-Off Ticket

A big payday is on the way for one Clinton couple. A stop to the Kinney's Pharmacy on Franklin Avenue has changed their lives forever.

According to the New York Lottery the wife stopped quick while running errands and decided to try her luck. The ticket of choice? She picked the popular $2,500 a Week for Life ticket and good thing she did. Her total winnings equaled $2,500,000, the top prize for the scratch-off game.

Yolanda Vega from the New York Lottery will be in Clinton on Friday to present the giant check to the couple. The celebratory presentation will occur on Friday at 11 a.m.
