Clinton Man Arrested For Petit Larceny

A Clinton man has been charged with petit larceny for allegedly stealing money from co-workers at the Oneida County Office Building.

According to police Randy Lohnas, 52, worked at the building as part of the Community Worker Outreach Program and would take money from employees while filing paperwork in their cubicles.

Lohnas was issued an appearance ticket for Utica City Court.
