Clinton Man Arrested For Stealing Cable

Clinton, NY (WIBX) - A Clinton man is under arrest following a three month investigation by the New York State Police and Time Warner Security.

According to State Police, 43-year-old James Bevan, of Chenango Avenue, had allegedly been using other people's social security numbers to steal cable service.

He is charged with one count of grand larceny, a felony, for stealing more than $1,000 worth of cable television service.
