Clinton Man Charged in DWI Rollover Crash

A Clinton man is facing a charge of DWI following a one vehicle rollover crash in Vernon.

State Police say Greg Bala, 60, told them he swerved to avoid a deer on Marble Road, then left the road and went into a ditch. He was taken to the hospital complaining of neck pain.

Bala is due to the answer the charges next month, state police said.
