Clinton Teens Charged With Theft At Walmart
Clinton, NY (WIBX) - Two young Clinton men are facing charges for shoplifting at Walmart over a two week period.New Hartford Police arrested 18-year old Blaine Stottlar and 19-year old Derek Smith both of Clinton for allegedly stealing over $1400.00 worth of merchandise from the store. Police also found a large number of stolen X-Box 360 and Play Station 3 video games in Stottlar's car.
Stottlar was charged with misdemeanor Petit Larceny and Felony Possession of Stolen Property, and his accomplice, Smith, is facing a misdemeanor Petit Larceny charge.
Both men are scheduled to appear in the Town of New Hartford Court at a later date to answer the charges.
