Utica, NY (WIBX) - Twenty-One Central New York soldier are returning home after a seven month deployment to Iraq. The Soldiers are from the New York Army National Guard's 105th Military Police Company. The public is invited to the family reunion scheduled to take place between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. this Saturday at the National Guard Armory in Utica.

Also, officials say about 100 other Soldiers will return to their home Armories in Auburn, Rochester and Buffalo on December 3rd. According to the report, the 105th Military Police Company was the last unit to deploy to Iraq. Earlier this year, President Obama announced the start of the military withdrawal process from the region.
