CNY Weather Advisory: Wind Advisory Today, February 3, 2016

A wind advisory is in effect for parts of central and western New York today.The National Weather Service says residents can expect wind gusts of up to 35 mph from northern Steuben County through the Finger Lakes to higher elevations south of Syracuse and Utica.

Winds are expected to be strongest during the morning and early afternoon hours.  During this time period power outages and damage to trees may be expected.
