CNYSPCA Begins Animal Abuse Investigations In Oneida County

Starting today, Oneida County residents can report suspected cases of animal abuse to the Central New York SPCA's Animal Cruelty Hotline.The number is (315) 454-3469.

Residents can also file an online complaint at www.cnyspca.org

Officials say stray animals should still be reported to local municipalities or animal control.

The CNYSPCA has contracted wiith Oneida County to handle animal abuse cases in the county.
