Cocaine-Related Arrest in Utica

A Utica man has been arrested on multiple drug-related charges after a no-knock search warrant was executed on Hart Street.

Utica Police allegedly found drugs - including cocaine - and drug paraphernalia at the home of 54-year old Michael Griggs on Thursday, November 13, 2014.

Griggs is facing multiple charges including:

• criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (a felony), fifth degree (a felony), seventh degree (misdemeanor)
• criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree (misdemeanor)
