Cold Brook Man Charged In Hit And Run

State Police have arrested a Cold Brook man in connection with a hit and run accident that happened on July 20th on Trenton Road in Marcy.

36-year old Todd Perry is facing charges including leaving the scene of a serious physical injury and failing to report an accident.

54-year old Suzann Kimak of Remsen was stuck from behind while riding her bicycle.

The driver of the vehicle that hit her then left the scene.
