Cold Brook Man Charged With Setting Car On Fire

A Cold Brook man was arrested after allegedly setting fire to his his ex-girlfriend's car.

Utica Police say 21-year old Matthew Barrows used gasoline to set the vehicle on fire.

It happened at a home on Capital Avenue.

Barrows was charged with arson.
