Colonel At Rome Lab Charged With Rape

A Jamesville man arrested for rape is a Colonel at the Air Force Research Lab in Rome.

State Police say 49-year old Andrew Green is accused of having sex with a girl under the age of 17 in the Town of Manlius.

Green is the Information Intelligence Systems and Analysis Division Chief at Rome Lab.

In a statement, the Air Force says Green is currently assigned other duties commensurate with his grade pending the outcome of the investigation.
