Comets Beat Barons In OT, Even Up Series At 1-1

After playing four overtimes the night before, it took only one overtime for the Utica Comets to get it done Friday night at the Utica Auditorum.

Alexandre Grenier scored at 3:23 of OT to give the Comets a 2-1 win over the Oklahoma City Barons.

The win evened up the AHL Western Conference semi-final series at one game each.

Adam Clendening also scored for the Comets and Jacob Markstrom turned aside 22 shots in goal.

The series now moves to Oklahoma City with game three on Monday night.
