Comets Fans Lineup For Playoff Tickets, Games Sold Out [VIDEO]

It's the hottest ticket in town.

Tickets for the AHL's Calder Cup playoff finals between the Utica Comets and Manchester Monarchs went on sale Friday morning at 10:00 at the Utica Auditorium.

A long line of fans was wrapped halfway around the building early this morning, waiting for the box office to open. One fan had been in line since 7:30 Thursday night.

Tickets went on sale online and over the phone through Ticketmaster at noon.

Games one and two of the series will take place on Saturday in Manchester. The Comets will host games three, four and if necessary, game five.

UPDATE 1:39 p.m.- The Utica Comets say that tickets for games three, four and five are SOLD OUT.  It took just over two hours for the games to sellout.
