Comets Shutout San Antonio, 3-0

Jacob Markstorm stopped 28 shots as the Utica Comets blanked the San Antonio Rampage, 3-0 on Friday night.

Brendan Gaunce, Wacey Hamilton and Carter Bancks all netted two points each for the Comets who are now 2-0-1.

The Comets are back in action on Saturday when they take on the Texas Stars.

Their home opener is on Wednesday night at the Utica Aud against the Adirondack Flames.
