He says it's trying to find old parts for old equipment. He says "the beauty of it" is the state and federal funding. Really?! It's ALL taxpayer money! He said when you do something new it's skeptical. No it isn't - only when you do something that's obviously not a priority or a good idea! People have every right to be skeptical of the way their money is spent, especially when there are so many unanswered questions on the project. He also says progress is listening to someone who has done it successfully. Not necessarily. Every situation is different with different circumstances. I agree that he should not be in a home with children or other pets, but I would hope that he would not be adopted out in the Utica area. This man who abused Apollo could be watching who has Apollo and then try to steal him back, pay the new owner for him, or get Apollo adopted out to one of his friends.
