Committee To Prohibit Hydrofracking Digs Deeper Into Debate
Kirkland, NY (WIBX) – The Kirkland Committee to Prohibit Hydrofracking is digging deeper into the debate.
A presentation on “The Economic Impact of Gas Drilling in the Marcellus and Utica Shale” will be held next week at the Kirkland Library.
Jannette Barth, Ph.D., president of J.M. Barth and Associates, will be the featured speaker.
Beginning at 7:00pm, the event is free and open to the public. The library is located at 55 College Street in Clinton, New York. The library holds about 50 people so attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
