The winners of the 2014 Congressional High School Art competition have been announced.

High school students from throughout the 22nd Congressional District who placed in their county wide art competitions showcased their work at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute.

First place winner is Alice Jenkins of Cortland, Second Place went to Hanna Farrell of Hamilton and the third place winner  was Shannon Rowlands of Marcy.

Jenkins' artwork will be displayed at the U.S. Capitol, while Farrell and Rowlands' work will be displayed at Congressman Richard Hanna's office.
