Convictions Upheld For Three Men Convicted In Joseph Corr Murder Case

New York, NY (WIBX) – A Federal Appeals Court has upheld the convictions of the three men found guilty for their roles in the shooting death of New Hartford Police officer Joseph Corr in 2006.
Toussaint Davis, Marion Pegese and Robert Ward are serving sentences of life in prison without parole.
Officer Corr was shot and killed by Walter Richardson following the robbery of Lennon’s-W.B Wilcox Jewelers.
