Cooperstown School District Gets $10K From Oneida Indian Nation

The Cooperstown School District will be purchasing new uniforms with a new mascot thanks to a $10,000 gift from the Oneida Indian Nation.

The Redskins are now the Hawkeyes.

The new official mascot, and team uniforms, will hit the courts and fields on July 1, 2013.
