An appeals court in New York has ruled that a lawsuit against GOP frontrunner Donald Trump's Trump Unversity can move forward. The ruling was unanimous  after New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman alleged that Trump used "bait and switch" tactics to lure customers into seminars, some of which charged $35,000 tuition.

The suit alleges that instructors, whom Trump says he hand-picked, had little or no experience in real estate.

Schneiderman alleges that Trump did not pick the instructors himself.

A lawyer for the Trump Organization says they plan to appeal.
