Craft Beer of the Week: Strawberry Tart from Saranac

Don't assume it's sweet. It's actually more sour than it is sweet.

This week's Craft Beer of the Week is Starwberry Tart from Saranac, right here in Utica.

Better Beer Man John Naegele explains it's a Berliner-style Weisse - a hoppy, wheat beer - flavored with strawberry syrup. It's ABV is 4.8%.

Strawberry Tart was released this spring and will be available year round.
