Criminal Mischief Complaint Leads To Two Arrests

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – Two people are facing charges after police were called to the Pinecrest Motel on Seneca Turnpike for a criminal mischief complaint.

New Hartford Police say a man claimed an unknown person was following him and video taping him as he was sleeping.

Police say it turned out the man had taken bath salts and was hallucinating from the drug.

22-year old Tiffany O’Dell of Whitesboro was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, while 22-year old Benjamin Yager of Constableville was charged with possession of marijuana.
