Utica's annual Culture Fest is a collection of international food, music and crafts that makes Utica an international melting pot.

The Lotus Garden restaurant in downtown Utica embodies that idea with its mix of Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine.

Some favorites include lotus calamari, Massaman Curry, Nhioem Salad, Battambong Spicy Noodle, and Pad Thai, but the Lotus Garden may be best known for their Lobster Roll.

The famous Lotus Garden Lobster Roll is a 1 1/2 pound lobster with claws and tail attached with the midsection of the lobster made into a roll and served up for $25.

Culture Fest 2014 will be held at the Stanley Theater on April 26, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
