Cuomo Announces $900,000 In Federal Funding For Agriculture

Eleven agriculture research projects across the state will be getting more than $900,000 in federal funding form the U.S Department of Agriculture.

The projects include improving the resiliency of New York's crops.

Governor Andrew Cuomo says investing in research and development is crucial to growing the state's agricultural sector and the economy.

The funding includes $154,000 to support the state's wine and grape industry.
