Governor Andrew Cuomo has presented the first piece of his "2015 Opportunity Agenda."

Cuomo has announced a proposal for a property tax rebate that will provide relief to almost two-million New Yorkers.

His plan would offer New Yorkers who make less than $250,000 a rebate of up to $2,000 if their property tax is more than six-percent of their income.

The proposal will be the centerpiece of his Cuomo's State of the State address next week.
