Albany, NY (WIBX) - Governor Cuomo says that it is unlikely that the debate on the minimum wage hike will be resolved before the end of this legislative session in Albany.

Democratic and Republican lawmakers have dug in their heels along what he says is a strong "philosophical divide."

The Governor has gone so far as to say that the debate on whether or not to raise the minimum wage this year is more heated than it was for approval of same sex marriage.
