Albany, NY (WIBX) - Governor Andrew Cuomo just signed New York's teacher evaluation disclosure law, putting it into effect immediately.

Only parents of children enrolled in a class will be able to see the evaluations for their children's teacher by name.  Any evaluations that are released to the public will have the names omitted.

Statistical analyses and reports, without identifiers, will be made available to the general public.
