Cuomo Spending $60 Million On New York Tourism
Sixty million dollars will be spent by New York State to boost tourism. Governor Andrew Cuomo is announcing that he's planning to create a commission to lure big ticket events to New York.
Events receiving special attention from the governor include the Super Bowl and the NCAA Tournament.
He says the state will also take advantage of some big and free advertising available downstate through the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and places like the Port Authority.
