Curbside Green Waste Pick Up Ends Friday

Utica, NY (WIBX) - If you still have spring cleaning to do outside, you only have until Friday to get your green waste to the curb.

Utica's Department of Public Works will stop picking up green waste at the end of this week. Anyone with waste on the curb after this Friday's deadline may face citations.

The DPW will continue to pick up clippings, leaves and twigs after Friday, but they must be containerized. Other waste, including tree branches and limbs must be bundled and less than four feet long.
