Members of Governor Cuomo's administration are traveling the state to highlight the Governor's 2018 State of the State proposals.

RoAnn Destito, the Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services, was at the State Office Building in Utica on Friday.

Destito says Cuomo continues to stress economic development.  She says there has been an unprecedented investment not only in upstate New York, but also the Mohawk Valley.

The commissioner say there's been a nearly three percent increase in private sector jobs in the state since November 2010.

Destito says the Governor has also laid out a plans to help middle class families and to deal with the opioid crisis.

Cuomo will release details of his proposals during his budget presentation on January 16th.
