CORINTH, N.Y. (AP) — A man who lost his leg in a motorcycle crash has been reunited with the prosthetic replacement he lost while riding a personal watercraft in upstate New York.

The Corinth Fire Department says the man lost the $127,000 prosthetic leg while riding his watercraft on a dammed section of the Hudson River in Saratoga County on Thursday. Divers searched Thursday evening and for three hours on Friday without luck.

On Sunday, the Corinth Dive Team and volunteer scuba divers searched again and found the leg in about 15 feet of water.

The owner, who lives in nearby Greenfield Center, told officials the leg was made in Austria and had electronic components.
