Do You Believe Biden?

With President Barack Obama at his side, Vice President Joe Biden appeared with his wife Jill Biden in the Rose Garden at The White House yesterday to announce that he will not seek the presidency.

Biden stopped short of endorsing the current Democratic frontrunner, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in her candidacy.

Will the Presidency, however, seek him?  Do you believe Biden when he says he will not run?
