Does Utica Get A Bad Rap? Question of the Day

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Getty Images Photographer's photographic essay is irking Utica city officials and champions of the City.  Now many pushed to action are rallying around what they say is one of the most diverse and exciting places to live.

WIBX's Gino Geruntino did his own photographic essay, highlighting some of the more positive aspects of Utica: http://wibx950.com/a-day-in-the-life-of-utica/.  In one of the photos Gino merely walked to the other side of a building featured in the essay of the "struggling" Utica story.  So, we want to know, does Utica get a bad rap?  It's our Question of the Day.  Click here to enter our poll:
