Dog Shot In Utica
January 21, 2011 9:16 AM Utica, NY (WIBX) – Utica Police say a dog was shot in the area of Hart Street and Kirkland Avenue.
Police say it appears the Pit Bull broke free from his chain and began to chase a man, who shot the dog.
The animal was taken to the Stevens-Swan Humane Society, were he was euthanized.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
