Domestic Dispute Between Father And Son Leads To Arrest

A domestic dispute between a father and son has led to the arrest of a Town of Marshall man.

According to Oneida County Sheriff Rob Maciol, deputies responded to a residence on Bogan Road in the Town of Marshall on Tuesday evening for reports of a domestic disturbance.

It was determined by officials that 38-year-old Gregory Getman had been involved with a physical altercation with his father, 67-year-old William Getman.

Gregory is being accused of damaging property belonging to the victim, his father, and was charged with Criminal Mischief.

Getman is awaiting arraignment.
